1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply unless context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 89fgame platform, creating an account, or placing any wager through our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 89fgame and close your account.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 89fgame with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter hereof.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the meaning or interpretation of any clause, the English language version shall be the definitive and binding version.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a 89fgame account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. 89fgame does not permit the registration or use of accounts by any person under the age of 21, and actively employs age verification measures to enforce this requirement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 89fgame or any affiliated gaming platform, unless that self-exclusion period has formally expired and been lifted by 89fgame's Responsible Gaming team.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 89fgame or any of its technology and payment partners.
• You have a valid, BIOMETRIC-registered Pakistani mobile number, as this is required for account authentication and payment processing.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold precisely one (1) 89fgame account. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 89fgame reserves the right to merge balances, void bonus entitlements, suspend all associated accounts pending investigation, and permanently close accounts found to have operated in bad faith.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to promptly update any such information if it changes. 89fgame may, at any time and without prior notice, request documentary evidence to verify the identity, age, address, or payment method ownership of any account holder. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.

4 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 89fgame login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless and until you notify 89fgame of a security breach via the official live chat support channel.

• 89fgame will never ask for your password, PIN, or two-factor authentication code via any communication channel, including SMS, email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request is fraudulent — report it immediately.
• You must not share your 89fgame account access with any third party, including family members. Shared access is treated as a breach of these Terms.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

89fgame accepts deposits exclusively from the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Accepted methods include, but may not be limited to: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast, and 1LINK. All transactions are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 89fgame is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• All payment methods used on 89fgame must be registered in your own legal name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account suspension and withdrawal withholding pending investigation.
• 89fgame does not charge any fee for deposits. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are entirely your responsibility.
• 89fgame reserves the right to request documentary proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals associated with any deposit.

5.2 Currency

All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, bonus amounts, and transaction records are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 89fgame does not apply currency conversion to any account transaction. There is no exchange rate risk to the player.

6 Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawals from your 89fgame Real Money Balance may be requested at any time subject to the conditions set out in this Article. Withdrawal requests are processed by 89fgame's payments team on a first-in-first-out basis during operational hours.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. 89fgame reserves the right to require withdrawal via an alternative approved method in cases of payment provider limitations.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval during staffed hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours.
• 89fgame does not charge any withdrawal fee. Fees imposed by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance funds are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

6.2 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

89fgame reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rs 50,000. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot or confirmation of your payment method ownership. Processing timelines are paused during any pending verification review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

89fgame offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions in this Article and the specific terms published with each individual promotion at the time of offering.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, minimum odds requirements, and time limits are specified on a per-promotion basis. Players are advised to read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming.
• Real Money Balance is used first in gameplay. Bonus Balance is used only after Real Money Balance is exhausted.
• 89fgame reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts, and exploitation of system errors.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on a second or subsequent account constitute a breach of these Terms.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 89fgame operate under published rules specific to each game type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. 89fgame's decision on the outcome of any gaming event is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure in Article 15.

• All random number generator (RNG) games on 89fgame are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories and audited on a quarterly basis for integrity and published RTP accuracy.
• Live dealer games are subject to the operating rules of the specific live studio provider. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session, 89fgame will endeavour to resolve the round using available data; where resolution is impossible, stakes will be refunded.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the appropriate governing body. 89fgame reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• Wagers placed on markets that are suspended, closed, or void at the time of the bet being placed — including those caused by system errors — will be refunded as stakes.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any tool designed to exploit platform logic or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

9 Responsible Gaming

89fgame is committed to responsible gaming and views the provision of responsible gaming tools not as a regulatory obligation but as a fundamental duty to its players. The following tools are available to all registered 89fgame users within their account dashboard at no cost and without requiring contact with customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits are applied immediately. Requests to increase an existing limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89fgame platform. Breach of any item in this Article may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or in collusion with others.
• Using another person's payment method, identity documents, or personal information to access or fund a 89fgame account.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 89fgame platform — including but not limited to the 89fgame name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data compilations, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of 89fgame or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 89fgame platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content or software available on or through 89fgame without the prior written consent of 89fgame.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89fgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises, or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower.

• 89fgame shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 89fgame does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for service disruptions caused by maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• 89fgame is not responsible for losses arising from a player's own failure to maintain account security as detailed in Article 4.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 89fgame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

89fgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of any provision of these Terms, confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used, subject to standard identity verification procedures. Bonus Balances and any winnings derived exclusively from unconverted Bonus Balances will be forfeited upon closure.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 89fgame support via the live chat facility within your account dashboard. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

14 Amendments to These Terms

89fgame reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 89fgame will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notification on the platform and, where possible, by SMS to your registered mobile number.

Your continued use of the 89fgame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 89fgame and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter or formation thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89fgame's international gaming license is held.

15.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of 89fgame, you must first submit your complaint in writing to 89fgame's customer support team via the live chat facility within your account, or via email to the address in Article 16. 89fgame will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

15.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with 89fgame's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the regulatory authority of the jurisdiction in which 89fgame's gaming license is held. 89fgame will provide the relevant escalation contact information upon request.
